The Uppland dangles attractive discounts for 17 flats
The Uppland,
the first phase of Gold Coast Bay in Tuen Mun, is offering discounts of
up to nearly 20 percent for 17 designated units, the developer Early
Light International announced.
The deal includes a maximum 12
percent discount under the payment plan, an early settlement rebate of
up to 5 percent, and 2.25 percent stamp duty coverage by the developer.
